In order to achieve the best surface protection by means of painting cycle, it is very important that painting first layer is applied immediatley after sand blasting. DAFRAM is equipped with a brand new blasting plant that is able to realize any kind of surface roughness (volume capacity m 3 x 3 x 5 and weight capacity up to kg 25.000).

After blasting, valves are loaded automatically into the painting plant that is able to apply any requested painting cycle according to Customer Specifications. Both blasting and painting process are continuosly monitored by skilled personnel.
